I love this podcast. The things they talk about really help me see the world differently and see myself in a new light that I had never imagined before. It has helped me become more grounded and understand myself more. Amd the funny epsiodes always have me smilling and laughing. You can hear how much they care for people. Its really like having two best friends.

These ladies are amazing. So inclusive, kind, funny and just easy to listen to. I'm constantly laughing out loud at my 9-5 office job and it just feels like a hangout session when I'm listening. I love it!

Found L&T on TikTok, and I’ve been hooked ever since. They really do feel like friends, and make me feel seen. They talk about normal everyday life stuff that people aren’t usually open about, normalizing things that have unnecessary stigmas. All those things in your life/body that you think only happen to you, they talk about and bring light to and make sure you know this sh*it is normal! They’ve created a great community of supportive people, and I’m so proud to be a part of it.
