    We just finished up the last leg of tour and had absolutely zero time to record a traditional episode. We've been teasing Sims content for what feels like a year so we finally used our current situation as a reason to pull the trigger and see if we could make an episode out of playing the Sims. For warning, this was recorded on a cell phone in a hotel. If you like this, we will definitely properly record next time!     We know you weirdos like to talk about dreams and so do we. The insane movies our subconscious projects on the back of our eyelids is the closest we get to tripping these days. THIS IS IT.

Awesome

I love this podcast. The things they talk about really help me see the world differently and see myself in a new light that I had never imagined before. It has helped me become more grounded and understand myself more. Amd the funny epsiodes always have me smilling and laughing. You can hear how much they care for people. Its really like having two best friends.

These ladies are amazing. So inclusive, kind, funny and just easy to listen to. I'm constantly laughing out loud at my 9-5 office job and it just feels like a hangout session when I'm listening. I love it!

Long-time listener!

Found L&T on TikTok, and I’ve been hooked ever since. They really do feel like friends, and make me feel seen. They talk about normal everyday life stuff that people aren’t usually open about, normalizing things that have unnecessary stigmas. All those things in your life/body that you think only happen to you, they talk about and bring light to and make sure you know this sh*it is normal! They’ve created a great community of supportive people, and I’m so proud to be a part of it.

Never Been a Podcast Listener- Until Now!

I've always struggled with podcasts feeling like they're droning ON AND ON but L&T has been a genuine lifeline for me after finding them by accident. Their pacing is quick enough to keep my wandering mind engaged and they really do feel like hanging out with friends. I genuinely laugh out loud every episode AND feel like I get solid insight and advice all at once. Highly Highly recommend!
