Despite her similarities to other victims of the LISK, Shannon’s death was ruled an accidental death by the medical examiner. Victoria gives her impressions of the three suspects surrounding Shannon’s disappearance and death – and her conclusion is counter to what investigators claimed happened to Shannon.
