Katie O'Donnell

Katie O'Donnell is here for this episode, and I'm so excited for each of you to dive into our conversation with one of Penn State's most recognizable names in the game. We take a deep dive into KO's upbringing, having both a lacrosse and field hockey stick in her hands at a young age and viewing the game from a unique perspective as she supported her Mom's dreams as a lacrosse official in some of the biggest game atmospheres.

KO is now the head coach at Drexel University in Philly, and we talk a lot about some of her favorite pieces of advice, quotes to live by, and daily habits she focuses on that keep her dominating the dual life she lives, coaching Division I & playing professionally and for the Team USA training team.
