Volt is a comprehensive training platform focused on helping people reach their performance goals, whether they’re training for a sport, job, or general health and fitness.     Noah, a second year golf student-athlete at Florida Southern College experienced a rapid improvement in his golf game when his family relocated to Florida around 2017. He was ranked in the 2000’s on Junior Golf Scoreboard and by 2019, Kumar worked his way up to #92 on JGS and was the #1 ranked player in Florida by the FHSAA. In this episode we dive into his journey to learn more about the path and approach he took to develop his game, achieving incremental success along the way to earn his spot at Florida Southern. We discuss goal setting and planning, practice routines, statistics, course management, keeping your composure and staying level headed, mental focus, and Noah also shares his advice for parents and players.

    Greyson Sigg is currently 125th in the PGA TOUR FEDEXCUP rankings. He’s an Augusta, Ga native and was an All-American at the University of Georgia. Sigg turned pro in 2017 earning status on the Mackenzie Tour-PGA TOUR Canada where he played for 3 seasons before earning his way onto the Korn Ferry Tour. In 2021 Greyson earned his PGA TOUR card after racking up 2 wins, 10 top-10s and 19 top-25s across 35 starts on the KFT. In this episode we discuss his path to the PGA TOUR from getting introduced to the game, junior golf, college golf, and his professional journey. We also talk about patience and perseverance, gratitude, and HAVING FUN with golf, trying not to take it to seriously!

Kiel is recognized as a Top Teacher Under 40 in America by Golf Digest. Kiel is also listed as Top Teacher in Illinois by Golf Digest, and Golf Academy of America Top 25 Teachers. Outside of his junior golf academies, he works with professionals, college players and college teams on the Mental Game and Performance Side of Golf. He is also a Class A PGA Professional. Kiel is far more than just an instructor as he serves his players with full coaching on how to raise their performance in any situation. Kiel was a successful junior player and played in college. Ever since then he has been on a journey to understand high level performance and how players train to either succeed or fail.
