Love that I found this podcast!

What a fun change of pace. I stumbled upon this podcast and have been binging it ever since. I’m in my mid 40s and hearing the conversations between Julia (who I’m a huge fan of) and women in their late 70s and 80s has been entertaining and inspiring. Hearing them share / own their life stories and not hold back on the wins and losses in their journey …while having little shame or regrets (just lessons learned) is again…inspiring. Based on what I’ve heard so far, it sounds like my 50s will be the prime decade to experience! Good to know things actually get bette, not worse 😂
