Anxiety, Anger, Shame, and Depression wreck havoc on our lives. Pastor Eric Cepin, along with his wife Susan Cepin, describe in this episode an expressive writing process that they developed to help people work through the anxiety and fear. This model leans heavily on the understanding that our neurobiology changes when we begin to write about our anxieties. This particular expressive writing exercise uses the trinitarian prayer process that the Village uses as one of its listening practices.
