    Throughout this episode I share how my past was actually my true north compass, how trauma shaped my wisdom and the three magical pieces of wisdom from my own former self that changed everything—and how remembering who I already am created more joy, momentum, and clarity in my business today.

    I also share how this wisdom took me out of the depressing spin-cycle we often get into when we build a habit out of constantly striving, chasing, and living in “not enough-ness” because we spend all our time looking to the future for what we think we don’t have and the destination we need to finally arrive at, and you can break the cycle too.

    By the end of this episode, you’ll leave with a renewed sense of confidence, a powerful exercise to reconnect with your past self, and a knowing that your next big step might just be a return to your roots.
