Is Jim Harbaugh Serious With These Contract Demands From Michigan?

Jim Harbaugh has been "about to sign a contract extension" for about two months now but still hasn't re-upped with the University of Michigan. Now reports are coming out that he wants immunity from Michigan for any kind of hell storm that may be coming from the NCAA.
