Russell Nersesov is a Commercial Real Estate Owner, Developer, Operator, and Founding Partner of Safe Storage Investors and Safe Storage USA. Prior to Safe Storage Investors, he worked within the Real Estate industry for over 18 years managing and owning various commercial and residential real estate assets.
As a licensed Realtor, Russell has developed and sold numerous single-family residences. He has also invested in several multi-family projects, eventually leading to his current dedication to the self-storage industry.
Before beginning his career in real estate, Russell earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Excelsior College in New York and his Graduate Degree in Chiropractic from the New York Chiropractic College and has been a practicing Chiropractor for 23 years. He owned and operated multiple multi-million dollar practices throughout his career. Russell is fluent in English and Russian, enjoys travel, fast cars, motorcycles, and spending time with his wife, two daughters, and two four-legged friends.

Simon Castillo is a real estate investor & business development executive from San Antonio, TX. Simon began investing in real estate in 2004 and is currently invested in more than $39 million of single family and multifamily assets both as a general partner and limited partner. Simon’s experience includes providing safe, stable returns for investors, real estate development, value add investing and investing for long term cash flow.
Simon is the Principal and Founder of SAS Texas Capital, a real estate firm focused on raising capital for the acquisition of value-add, class B & C multifamily properties. SAS Texas Capital has raised over $1 million in investor capital for the purchase of these assets.
Simon holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio. In addition to his extensive professional experience, Simon serves as Chair for the prestigious Alexander Briseno Leadership Development Program (ABLDP) offered through the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, President for the South Texas Chapter for the Risk Management Society, and serves on the St. Mary’s University Greehey School of Business Finance & Risk Management Advisory Board.
