Inventory vs. Demand

Let the arguments begin! (or continue?...🤔) The never-ending battle between supply and demand is ever present in mortgage and real estate. San Diego is doing fairly well with their ADU program, but not everyone’s convinced. While a vast number of homeowners are still sitting on historic low interest rates, 1 in 5 still say they plan on listing their home in the next 3 years.
