In this episode, I interview Jen Bruning, fellow Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Spokesperson and FNCE roommate when we aren’t meeting virtually.  Jen has worked in food service for most of her career and is currently living in Chicago working with a small start up company. Jen encourages us to stay open and curious and learn more about how our current positions and roles fit within other systems. She says knowing the larger systems she was involved with throughout her career positioned her to be the ideal candidate for her current, unique, role.
