    Hi! Welcome to inspirations :)


    In today's episode we are going to look into fulfilment!!! Big topic isn't it? Yes, it is.


    By the end of day all that we are looking for, is, fulfilment. Knowingly or unknowingly it's the one thing our heart is always after.


    While day to day stuff, survival, achievement all are important, the most important is fulfilment. Without fulfilment what ever may happen, what ever may be available still we will feel a lack of something. And, that lack of feeling can be very draining, it will eventually create more stress and make our life difficult, will affect our health and cause all the unwanted problems.


    So what is this fulfilment? And how do we enjoy a life filled with fulfilment - that's possible, and yes, you can do it. It is possible when you have clarity of thought, when you can align your personal aims and ambitions with professional goals and objectives. When you can combine your thoughts and feelings, when you have awareness when you practice mindfulness now you can set yourself on path to success, happiness and wellness.

    In today's episode we are going to look into Fitness - physical strength, mental health and emotional resilience, across all the three dimensions.


    Many of us easily understand the benefits of physical activity and what it means to have physical health and fitness but we so often tend to ignore the other two - mental health and emotional resilience/agility.


    It is vital to focus on the rest of the two as well as only all the three together can have a positive impact and will help us enjoy success in career and happiness in life.


    If we ignore any one of them, eventually they lead to adding and accumulating so much of stress that they can end up with chronic conditions that affect adversely.


    So when we focus on all the three that gives us a holistic, integrated benefit that goes a long way in enjoying abundance and prosperity.

    Hi, welcome to Inspirations! My name is Venkdesh and am your host.


    In this episode we are going to look into the fifth element of WellnessONE247 framework. And I call this as BelPaP - DeMaPS Model.


    The first half is formed of three things in the cognitive world - Belief, Passion and Perserverance.


    The second half is formed of couple of things relevant from a practical perspective, in our day to day lives - Decision Making and Problem Solving.


    Together these two parts make up for both cognitive as well as a behavioural awareness and help us with making progress. And helps us with transforming obstacles into opportunities, setbacks into success and adversity into adventure. Made all the more better when we understand that change is the only constant, so remembering "this too shall pass!" helps us to keep going... to maintain momentum and to look forward to a better and a bright future.
