It's really happening. Taylor Swift is about to make her very first appearance on her boyfriend Travis Kelce’s podcast. And that's just the tip of the iceberg... Taylor is also dropping a new album. So, if you're a Swiftie you're definitely going bonkers today. And Here's a shocking statistic...on average, every eight minutes a woman reported to the rideshare service Uber, that she had become the victim of sexual assault or misconduct by a driver. Uber says safety is a core value of the company, the number of reported incidents is misleading, and it is one of the safest way to get from point A to point B. Now, one car service is offering a feature that allows women to only hire other women as drivers. Plus, despite official crime statistics going down in Washington, D.C., today, on orders of President Trump, national guard troops started patrolling the streets. It comes as a national news anchor reveals on the air that she was mugged in downtown, D.C. And it's the last thing she needs... The notorious fake heiress who went on Dancing With The Stars to improve her image is now making negative headlines again. This time Anna Delvey's being accused of using bunnies for a fashion shoot... And then dumping them in a park to fend for themselves. She denies the allegation. We begin with a dramatic nighttime police chase in Los Angeles, with the bad guys hijacking one vehicle after another. Even a tanker truck- filled with milk! Things got really crazy when the bad guys started going the wrong way on the freeway nearly colliding with other drivers. And bloodshed and squalor- that's how President Trump is describing our nation’s Capitol while defending his decision to send FBI agents to patrol the streets. Soon, 800 National Guard troops will also be fighting crime in DC. But the city's mayor says say crime is actually down in the city. Les Trent is in Washington with the latest. Plus, it was a fireball in the sky that had everyone looking up. Turns out it was a cherry-tomato-sized meteorite that crashed right into a home in Georgia. Alison Hall spoke with a scientist and wait until you hear how old he says this piece of space rock is. And, you know it’s a big no-no on planes-- smoking or vaping in the cabin. That's why when a man was caught taking a puff in the bathroom, he was called out by a flight attendant. Jim Moret spoke with the passenger who is not getting a lot of sympathy today for the way he acted. A water slide on the world's largest cruise ship... The Icon of The Seas - suddenly shattered... sending a river of water gushing through the hole as panicked passengers scream, "stop the slide." And we're used to seeing heists at jewelry stores and high-end boutiques. But a store selling Labubus? That's a new one. The frenzy for the plush toy monster elves has reached a point where thieves burst into a shop in L.A. and made off with thousands of dollars of Labubus. Plus, we're learning more about the sad death of Kelly Clarkson’s husband at such a young age. He was only 48 and reportedly died of skin cancer....so it may surprise you to learn that after all these years of warnings how too much exposure to the sun is a leading cause of melanoma... tanning seems to be making a comeback. And the animated comedy South Park is known for its edgy humor...and in its latest episode they've targeted a satirical eye on homeland security secretary Kristi Noem. Now the Trump cabinet member known as "Ice Barbie" is hitting back… denouncing South Park as quote "lazy" and "petty."
