    For the first 18 years of our lives we are programmed to obey to the rules, not make too many mistakes and follow a safe and pre-defined path. Once we are adults we tend to keep living in that bubble and do things that are in accordance to what we have been taught.

    However, as we mature and experience new things, the question arises whether that approach really leads to an exciting and fulfilling life or whether we should push ourselves outside of our comfort zones and break the rules that do not truly serve us.
