Have you ever struggled with truly being yourself? Today I am excited to introduce you all to Sakura Sutter! Sakura has one of the most compelling stories I've heard in a long time. Part of my mission with I love it when- is to support people in being themselves. Sakura's story clearly shows how she had to surrender to BEING HERSELF in order to heal from an autoimmune disease, Pemphigus Vulgaris. Tune in to this episode- you don't want to miss this!

In this episode we talk about:

-How her life forever changed when she almost died from Pemphigus Vulgaris.

-How this sparked her healing journey- not only physically but mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

-All the tools that she utilizes when working with people.

-How she believes your ability to manifest is directly related to your self-worth and self-love.

-What she is currently working on in her business and life!

    The 411 on Sakura:

Sakura Sutter is a Certified Spiritual Hypnotherapist, Intuitive Medium, Master Esthetician, Author, Reiki Master, and Radio Host. In 2017, her life was forever changed when she nearly died from a rare autoimmune disorder, Pemphigus Vulgaris. That experience ignited her deep healing journey, where she embraced the mind-body-spirit connection, learned to love the parts of herself she had long suppressed, and committed to living unapologetically. Today, Sakura dedicates her life to guiding others on their own paths of self-discovery and authentic living.

At her clinic, Sakura Skin & Mind in Redmond, Washington, she supports clients both in person and remotely, drawing on a wide range of modalities—intuitive mediumship, Reiki, Light Language, card readings, hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). Her mission is clear: to help others heal, awaken, and step fully into their truest selves.

Today I am excited to introduce you all to Kiesha Yokers! I recently hired Kiesha to facilitate a breathwork session at my Unplug From Fear Retreat in Everett, WA. Her energy, authentic and real presence was such a blessing to our group. I can't wait for you all to learn more about her today!

In this episode we talk about:

-Her journey to exploring breathwork and what led her to look for help.

-Kiesha shares one of her favorite tools that you can utilize starting today.

    - a 3 minute breathing exercise.

-I ask Kiesha to share a bit about how she hears her intuition through her body and what she has done to practice this!

-We talk about the importance of nervous system regulation as a parent.

    The 411 on Kiesha:

Kiesha Yokers is a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator and somatic embodiment life coach who helps people reconnect with their bodies and heal through nervous system regulation. Her own path—from childhood anxiety to embracing trauma healing in 2020—inspired her passion for holistic wellness.

With more than 15 years as an elementary school teacher, Kiesha blends the heart of an educator with the depth of somatic practice. She holds certifications as a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, meditation teacher, holistic health coach, and is an ICF-accredited embodiment life coach. Her advanced studies in Somatic Experiencing and at the Strozzi Institute keep her work rooted in the latest trauma-informed approaches.

Equity is central to her mission. Kiesha offers sliding-scale classes, collaborates with nonprofits, and shares free tools online to reach those often excluded from wellness spaces.

A mother of two and proud military spouse, she brings warmth, accessibility, and lived experience to her belief that wellness is for everybody.

-How important it is to be present and recognize when emotions come up- they mean something!

-Why you should join us on November 6th in Marysville at the Burnout Prevention & Recovery Workshop!

    The 411 on Levi:

Levi Stearns is a born Entrepreneur that started out like most people following family into a working field. He became a journeyman plasterer at the age of 23 and worked as a union plasterer for 6 years. He decided to get out of construction and into sales when he became a realtor in 2006 and endured the great recession with great success as a blue-collar work ethic, and determined spirit led him to heights he didn't expect. He then ventured into insurance to broaden his sales career and found more success, yet he was not home enough and wanted to find something new. The opportunity to work in a high-volume mitigation company came along and he took it. He trained multiple top producing project managers and was the top project manager in volume for almost six years. The want for more was always there and this was the Entrepreneurial bug. He went on to lead multiple other businesses to millions in production and then started his own construction company with a fellow team member. Unfortunately, when that partnership was no longer viable, he struck out on his own to start Core Contractors LLC. The company is just a couple months short of two years and has seen tremendous growth. Levi and his wife have two children and three cats and live happily in Lake Stevens WA.
