  • 333 Want to Stay Behind Forever? Keep Ignoring Your Capacity
    Sep 9 2025

Think your problem is poor time management? Think again. If your color-coded calendar keeps failing you, the missing piece isn’t another app, planner, or hack—it’s capacity.

In this episode, we’re digging into why ADHD brains chronically overbook, underestimate, and run ourselves into the ground. You’ll learn:

    1. The hidden reason productivity hacks don’t stick
    2. Why “fantasy scheduling” feels so good (but always backfires)
    3. How to spot your real mental, emotional, and physical limits
    4. A simple shift that helps you build a schedule you can actually keep

If you’re tired of chasing unicorn days and shaming yourself when reality doesn’t match the plan, this conversation will change how you see time management forever. Hit play and start planning for real life—not the fantasy version of it.

  • 332 Stop 🛑 Adding to the Planner Graveyard: One Tool to Improve ADHD Time Blindness NOW
    Sep 2 2025

You’ve tried planners and reminders, but time still slips through your fingers. This episode explains why ADHD makes “now vs. not now” so hard—and what to do about it. In plain English, I break down the executive functions behind time blindness and share the quick story that shattered my own drama cycle (spoiler: the dishes took seven minutes).

Then I give you the one tool that can change your week fast: a shame-free Time Audit that replaces schedule fantasy with reality so you finally start (and finish) what matters. If you’ve ever felt “bad with time,” don’t miss this—your whole approach could shift in a single day. Grab the free template here, and literally improve your time blindness TODAY.

Stop waiting for motivation to come.
Stop beating yourself up for working at the last minute.

OMG - these are HUGE realizations for me. I've always said that if it weren't for deadlines, I'd never get anything done. I am a MASTER PROCRASTINATOR, which often leads to me creating a lot of undue stress due to the guilt I feel in putting things off until the last minute. I need to learn to accept this about myself, because I know it seldom changes & let's be honest, under pressure is when I do my best work!! Thank you for the validation in that & helping me to see that I need to give myself a little grace because I always come thru clutch.

Now I shall unpause this episode & continue my listening binge while I finish the massive project I'm working on (under the gun, of course 🤣)!!

Just discovered your podcast last night, 3 episodes in & I am HOOKED!

PS - I still don't have my taxes done!! Appointment with my accountant is Friday & I have yet to compile my business expenses! And no, that's NOT the project I'm currently working on, either!! 🥹

YOU JUST 🤯 MY MIND
