I have insomnia. I’ve had it my whole life. I don’t take anything for it and I usually can sleep pretty okay, but there are nights where I just know that sleep will not be attainable. The last two nights were like that for me, until I found this podcast! On a whim, I looked up “sleep” on audible and found Sleep Magic and decided to give it a go since I had 5 hours to be awake. I started with episode 1 and thought “well, I can’t open my eyes but I don’t feel sleepy still” and then I woke up 3 hours later not remembering when I fell asleep with drool on my pillow!
I will definitely be listening to episode 2 tonight and get that subconscious “back to sleep” help because I’ve been struggling with that a lot lately too. I wish I found this a lot sooner
