- How have you reflected on your GB reports?
- What have you seen or experienced that aligns with your GB reports?
- How has your view of other team members and your interaction with them been impacted by what you learned from your GB reports?
- How have your seen God working in others and how have you affirmed them in their gifts, strengths, and relationships?
Also we need a follow-up Action Plan worksheet for GRIP, similar to the one in your Birkman reports.
