Episode 31: How authentic is authentic enough?

In this episode I am exploring the places where I am more or less authentic. "Keeping it real" is the base of authenticity however, code switching has become necessary for most people. Authenticity is a physical and spiritual alignment. It's internal. Only you know the feeling of distance that arises when you are being vs. doing authenticity.
