Family,
When we think of the country of Mexico, anti-black racism is normally the farthest thing from our minds. And, when we hear about Mexico as a state overrun by political and social corruption, we assume things just got that way naturally, not that those societal conditions were deliberately engineered over time.
In this edition of the Poethnic Justice Podcast, we take a look at post-Colonial Mexico and how its racist origins directly tie into why Mexico has been socioeconomically decimated.
