Growing up wasn't all rainbows & sunshine when the person that is supposed to protect you the most becomes your biggest bully. From being bullied to becoming the bully, to advocating against it, the journey hasn't been an easy one but it was one that made me learn a lot about myself.

Through all the suffering and making others go through the same thing if not worse I can finally understand just how much it can affect others mentally & emotionally. Bullying is never okay & don't let someone else's words define how you see yourself, you are beautiful, you are enough.
