The guys welcome in Rick Koester, senior technical field trainer North Americas for the Ariston Group and NTI Boilers. Recently, Rick joined NTI Boilers and the Ariston Group and is currently focused on the launch of the company’s new Air to Water Heat Pump. He started as a service tech, then to the rep side to where he is today. We talk about today's training and the company's foray into heat pump water heaters.
