Each show will focus on trying to motivate Stuart to train for his first ever marathon in May 2024, while they also chew the fat on life as parents to two children. If you're looking to learn some new running tips from this podcast, then this is not for you. If you're looking for some light relief or something to listen to while you also try and run, then stick this in your ears and enjoy the nonsense.

    It's the penultimate episode!! And I reckon we've finally got the hang of this podcasting nonsense! Great episode, we look forward to the big run happening on Sunday, then we segue into chatting about childhood myths and confusing knuckles with nipples.
