Michael B Jordan and Jamie Foxx lead a strong cast in this quest for justice in the face of deep-rooted bigotry and bias. We examine the degree of their success as portrayed in the movie and, of course, how much of the depiction is true to the real events as known.

It’s a wide-ranging show and with due apologies for the length of time you’ve all had to wait for this episode, we do hope it’s worth it.

Great job, guys. I just finished the First Man episodes in the hopes that I’d find out why I really didn’t like First Man. I’m generally interested in space history and love Ryan Gosling but putting them together didn’t work out so well for me. Glad to hear I wasn’t the only one. A suggestion for your maybe/maybe not list ... 1983’s Silkwood with our old friend Meryl Streep, Kurt Russell, and Cher. Great movie! Keep up the great work!
