Move Beautifully is about how movement is a form of self care that manifests itself in healing, rehabilitation and wellbeing. We all want to have a sustainable body and that starts with more awareness of ourselves daily. Conscious movements bring long-term changes to our body, which in turn affects our mental, emotional and spiritual connection. Everything we do daily matters. Self care adds up. It is all about improving a little everyday- the movements and improved physical wellbeing, the mindfulness about little things we can do to nourish our body, taking care of our joints, fascia, posture, movement and breathing pattern.     The most important thing to take into account is the sustainability and the effects on ourselves.  It needs to have a longer term nourishing effect on us.  It's definitely not an instant gratification.

    Self care is a trending buzz word, in the same vein as healthy or wellbeing.  But does it always have the same implication? Self care is often misunderstood as doing things for ourselves, for the heck of it.  And that includes shopping, indulges in spa or beauty treatments, hence it is indulgent.  On the other hand it is also associated with nutrition, doin exercises or affirming certain words to ourselves. Self care is neither this nor that.  It is holistic and comprehensive.  It is a responsibility to self.  Most of all, it is an evolution towards betterment. Let's delve deeper into the different aspect self care just so we are able to embrace it with more awareness and depth.
