    Apr 6 2026

This episode features a powerful conversation with Erica Navarro who navigated a 27-year marriage marked by nearly a decade of gaslighting and betrayal.

Despite being the primary breadwinner and enduring years of psychological manipulation, Erica emerged from her divorce in January 2025 with her financial stability intact and, more importantly, her peace of mind.

    Mar 24 2026

Whether you left or they did, watching your ex jump quickly into another relationship is never easy. It can make you feel like your relationship didn't matter—and the worst part is when they go back to the life they had before you. Living in the same apartment building, seeing them live that old life except you’ve been replaced.

You find yourself comparing, wondering why you couldn't make them happy when this new person seemingly can. Or, maybe you just want them to suffer because you’re suffering. Either way, you can get stuck in a cycle of anger and resentment that isn't a good look. Today, we’re going to make sure that doesn't happen, because you deserve better than to allow this person to have that kind of control over how you feel about yourself.

  • Facing What Is (Without Falling Apart)
    Feb 18 2026

When life changes and you can’t control what’s happening, most of us go straight into resistance. Accepting what is isn’t easy especially when you’re knee-deep in pain.

What happens for a lot of people is they get stuck. Stuck in the anger. Stuck in the bitterness. Stuck replaying the story over and over in their minds, trying to figure it out, trying to make it make sense. And because they can’t accept what happened, they never fully move forward.

But acceptance doesn’t mean you like what happened. It doesn’t mean it was okay. And it definitely doesn’t mean someone gets off the hook.

It simply means you soften the internal battle that’s making your healing harder than it needs to be.

In todays podcast we are going to disucss it all! Thanks for listening!
