Guard Your Heart Against Disappointment

Not very long ago, the Spirit of God gave a word that I want to remind you of today. He said — “One of the things you must be on the lookout for is the feeling of disappointment.”

Why would the Spirit caution us about disappointment? Because feeling disappointed has the ability to drain your inspiration.

God is saying to you today: guard your heart against thoughts like “I’m a failure” or “I can’t get myself out of this situation.” Guard your mind against any thought that communicates despair, hopelessness, or lack.

Just because it looks like you’ve come to your wit’s end doesn’t mean you have. This is still your year of Joy and your month of perfection.
