Dr. Kristina Dandy Reinhard is a Psych Professor at GCSU and Shamatha Meditation practitioner and teacher. When I asked Kristina what was coming up for her now around meditation, she replied with a quote from Pema Chodron, “Whatever comes into the space is there to teach you.”
