Do we really need to be constantly concerned about our body's blood sugar numbers, and do we need to follow Glucose Goddess's rules to avoid all chronic diseases?

You might want to actually read a book or study a new age health technique - before you take some "Instagram screenshots" from your listeners, to review. I notice, you claim the Author is an Influencer, yet leave out the mention of her Masters in BioChemistry. I will put my trust in a Biochemist studying and researching Cellular Biology over any Dietician’s suggestions. The education difference is no comparison. Your giddy criticisms, with laughter, take away your credibility. I think you need to get schooled on Fructose too….. it’s too bad you started out with an “I gotcha attitude”….. can’t bear to hear any of your additional episodes. I’m changing my health for the better after discovering The Glucose Revolution by Jesse Inchauspe which is all about leveling ones' glucose spikes. I am not a diabetic. She also never even suggested “to avoid all sugars” as you miss spoke. The term "Hacks" (aka shortcuts) is not negative, simply a modern term to interest a younger culture.
