    June 2015: Skinny jeans were still in style, Taylor Swift was on her 1989 World Tour, and the cast and creators of Gilmore Girls famously reunited at the ATX TV Festival in Austin, Texas to celebrate the fifteen year anniversary of the show’s release. After the show’s booming resurgence on Netflix, thousands of fans gathered to witness this once-in-a-lifetime reunion filled with reminiscing, behind-the-scenes stories, and even pleas for what would become A Year In The Life. Many of us, including Haley, have seen it, but Tara has not!! So grab a cup of coffee, get comfortable, and step back into 2015 because Tara and Haley have more to say.

The podcasters don’t actually center episodes on the show. It’s all their opinions based on them both being forever mentally stunted at age 14. One literally is in love with the fictional Logan and can’t actually analyze in an unbiased manner anything with his character on the show. The other just goes on and on about how everything she does or knows is from the fictional Lorelai. Don’t make the mistake of investing in the Patreon because the rewatches are once again centered on their opinions and ways to insert Taylor Swift and “sparkly hearts” into everything. Oh and coffee cup counts because that matters to them for some reason. They should have just stuck to Tik Tok because being a rewatch/discussion podcast requires a level of maturity and unbiased analysis they do not have.
