So, I’m not crazy…?!

I’m pretty sure Mel Robbins walked around in my body for a day before making this episode! Menopause started for me at 42, immediately after my last kiddo was born, and OMG it was all kinds of confusing for my body and my brain. Just recently I’ve started getting “thick around the middle” and super pissed off about it wondering what the heck is going on. After listening to Mel and Dr. Amy now I know…it’s my friend Menopause. THIS podcast taught me more about what my body went through and is still going through than I’ve learned from ANYONE in the last 13 years!

OMG! We ALL need to know this!

This absolutely changed my life. the moment I began listening. I’ve told at least 10 people in the last few days to listen as soon as possible! It’s so frustrating that there is so little research when 1/2 the population experiences this. I appreciate every second of this podcast.

I wish I knew this 15 years ago!!

This information is priceless. I’m so glad these conversations are being had. 15 years ago I had a lot going on in my life. After hearing this podcast, I truly believe a majority of what was happening were hormone related. I don’t feel my doctor listened to me and I felt like my symptoms were “just how it was”. One thing I will say, if you feel like something is going on with you, there probably is. I loved the doctor’s comment that there are enough interested doctors out there to seek out!!
Love all your podcasts Mel!!
