In this episode of The Your Level Fitness Podcast, I share what continues to drive my approach to coaching and content. We have all the tools to build consistent routines, but we still struggle to make fitness a true lifestyle. That’s because consistency isn’t about perfect plans or more information. From my own experience navigating fitness with a disability, and from years of marketing and coaching, I’ve seen how building sustainable habits from the inside/out is what really works. This episode is a breakdown of how I help people find their version of lifelong adherence through clarity, calmness, and confidence.
