Love it from beginning to end.
I love how talked about marriage.
but about if you get that from your husband ..

Great insights seen in a new light

Esther Perel provides unexpected insights and ones that I've heard before, but she describes them in fresh new ways with examples that being them alive. She can describe otherwise mundane situations from real people's lives with such vitality that old stuff around me seems new again.

Books by psychotherapists often show off the psychotherapist as hero, which pulls you away from their main points. What I've heard so far contains no such distractions.

I love her podcast on Audible. And the book chapter that Audible just served up seemed seamlessly connected.

A mind blower! As an older adult & a therapy there’s a lot to learn.

I will keep listening to the rest of the book. It is truly quite amazing.
