    In this episode we discuss how we got started in 2020 with fundraising for the motor neurone disease association by cycling, what the fundraising event meant to us, the difference it made for those affected and what it did for us as individuals. We also catch up with Kelly, our soigneur, directeur sportif and roadside chef. All Kelly's facebook live content is available still via our facebook page (Forwards500).


    The three of us are not cyclists, athletes or endurance activity types. We are all employed full time in 'mainstream' jobs (healthcare and education), we are rugby players, forwards, essentially too old for that too.
