After an extraterrestrial crash lands in the city, the mayor has decided that Ranger Randy Astroturf should be responsible for showing the intergalactic visitor around town. But not everyone is as excited as about galaxy hopping guests as the mayor, as certain government agencies try to put a stop to Randy's tour guide tomfoolery.
