Jean-Claude Romand seemed to have the perfect life. He was a well-respected researcher at the World Health Organization. He and his wife Florence had two beautiful children, a lovely home, and a close circle of friends. However, his entire adult life was built on a foundation of lies that all came crashing down on a horrible day in January of 1993.
