First Amendment Under Seige

I was hesitant to release this episode, but then I realized, if I didn't, then they'd won.

The first amendment and other rights we consider fundamental are under siege. I this special, #Podcasthon episode, I'm sharing how we as podcasters, content creators, journalists must stand up in support of these rights.

I briefly discuss some of the legal boundaries of free speech and press, and then shine light on ways that the rights are being eroded...
