Feeling...... Supported

I take you through a little introduction... introducing you to my NEW, SOLO podcast. 

I go on to talk something i discussed with my therapist that morning... The lack of a father figure growing up and how that has lead to a feeling of instability within me.

I go on to share how i am growing that  feeling of being supported at the moment in life (especially by men).
