Federal Court throws out Bruce Lehrmann’s ‘hopeless’ case

Justice Michael Lee was right to find, on the balance of probabilities, that Bruce Lehrmann raped Brittany Higgins - that’s the decision from the full Federal Court in dismissing Lehrmann’s appeal.
