    “Fear” is a word used as an umbrella term to describe everything that makes us uncomfortable. And motivation culture will tell you that you can conquer your fear through sheer willpower.

    The truth is, fear doesn’t ever leave us. It cannot be killed or conquered. Because fear is an essential part of our lives! We need to change our relationship with and understanding of fear in order to OUTPERFORM our discomforts and performance anxieties! And in order to do that, we must seek understanding!
