For years, I lived stuck in overwhelm—running on empty, stretched too thin, and believing the enemy’s lies that I was failing in every area.

But everything began to change when I prioritized my relationship with God, rooted myself in Scripture, and created boundaries and rhythms that aligned with my faith. I discovered freedom, peace, and balance I didn’t think were possible.

    In this episode, I walk you through four biblical steps to take when you can’t hear God’s voice, so you don’t spiral into anxiety, second-guess every decision, or assume you’re doing something wrong.
