Whether he was commuting, hanging out with friends, going for a stroll, at a dinner party or a wedding, Jesus was often interrupted and saw an opportunity to welcome the Kingdom of God into this interruption.

In this series we celebrate the fact that we all have normal, everyday lives - which means we can learn to notice when interruptions might be Kingdom opportunities.

Today we look at a passage in Luke 9:57-62, where Jesus seems to put off potential followers. We look at how Jesus wants to help the idealists realise it’s not so easy, and the pragmatists realise half-measures won’t do.
