Acerca de esta escucha

Oliver had just gotten out of an eight-year relationship that started in college and now he found himself single and ready to mingle in a place he had never dated before: Brevard County, Florida. So he did what any single person does when they find themselves looking for love in a new town: he started swiping, which is how he met Michael. For their first date, Michael invited Oliver to have a drink at the bar Michael owned. Oliver was so drawn to how attractive and attentive Michael was, he never expected he was about to be catfished and held hostage in his own home for the next two years.©2022 Audible Originals, LLC (P)2022 Audible Originals, LLC

Possibly no editing. Used two different names throughout the podcast—I’m assuming one was the real name and one the “changed” name. So, anonymity was a fail.

if sounds like the person in the story was not homosexual but also likely not heterosexual -- bisexual, maybe demisexual or such but omg don't declare someone is not gay. Gay as a label has been and is used in general men or those that pass as such that are into that same demographic, but *in practice* is not just exclusively homosexual. I know many gay identified guys that are in practice bisexual. the person is/was likely still gay or may identify with. sexuality is complicated, that person behavior was shitty but also shitty is deciding their sexuality without their consent/input.

my experience is as a gay queer transgender man who talks to a lot of gay men about sexuality.
