Fill those places with clear facts: city, brokerage, years in real estate, and a short line on what you actually do for buyers and sellers.

Post local content that carries your name in the headline, record guest spots on neighborhood podcasts, write short market blogs, and polish the bio sections on Instagram and LinkedIn. Update weekly photos and details on Google Business Profile, then share one fresh reel or short every seven days. Each new item gives the chat engines recent data to rank above old listings and keeps the answer box accurate when a client asks about you.

Run the test again every quarter, note which links appear on page one of the chat response, and double down on the channels getting picked up. When the AI tools quote you before the portals do, new prospects arrive warm and ready to talk.
