Home-Buying Roadmap A clear timeline for your market, from pre-approval through closing. Include key deadlines, appraisal basics, inspection tips, and a one-page glossary so new buyers understand terms like HOA and escrow. Text or email the roadmap after your first call and record a short video that walks through each step for extra clarity.

Neighborhood or Market Snapshot A single-page graphic that covers current list price range, average days on market, school scores, and local lifestyle highlights. Pull data from your MLS, Altos, or Redfin, add two photos that show the area’s vibe, and update monthly. When a lead requests information on a ZIP code, reply with this snapshot before they find the numbers on their own.
