Episode 5 - Nikki Blak

On this episode of SPSS, I interview Nikki Blak. Nikki Blak is a literary artist, sociologist, womanist, and intersectional feminist whose thought leadership and radical education work centers marginalized and oppressed populations in the United States. Nikki has been the subject of not one, but two murals across Los Angeles and her work has been featured on radio, national television, and at college universities and historic performance venues across the country. Nikki and I get to talking about Anderson Paak's old artist name, Breezy Love Joy and the $1,200 CD that Nikki may or may not still have of Breezy Love Joy's Coldplay covers.
