Episode 40: Long Time, No Hear!

It's been a hot minute...again...but don't hold that against us! In this episode we do a quick recap on what's been getting in the way of us getting onto the pod, then what's been happening running-wise, and then we welcome our local running gal-pal, Marita, to the show.
