Often times when we think "abusive relationship" we think of something very loud & obvious. What we don't consider is the fact that although abuse can turn into something loud & obvious, it doesn't usually start out that way. Majority of the time, it starts off slowly and subtly and builds over time. It can be hard to detect & after being submerged into it over a period of time, it can be even harder to get out of.

In this episode, I sit down with Kait to hear more about her story and to walk through a heartbreaking season of abuse that she faced in relationships. Kait is not only a survivor of abuse but she has single-handedly seen how her story of abuse was not in vain, but instead has been used to speak into the lives of men and women all around the world!
