We are back with part 4 of The Friends Don't Lie Files and the conclusion of our MKUltra Series. And this week were are headed up north to look at how this project affected citizens of Canada.

It took much longer for the abuse of this project to come to an end outside of the US. In Canada at the Allan Memorial Institute, one doctor held experiments for years before he was found out. And his, if possible, were even worse than the ones people were put through here.
