From cafes, to restaurants, to bars, we try their best dishes whilst chatting with the owners to discover what makes them special.
In our first episode, we visited BBuona in Gloucester Green. As you’ll hear, it’s a truly unique Italian restaurant built around the Sourdough Pizza ‘Pinsa’. It is always busy and bustling and we were so grateful to get the chance to sit down with its co-owner and its chef Salim to hear their story and try some truly stunning Italian specialities.
